1. Promoter of the Competition
The promoter of the Competition is COMVA LTD trading as COMVA COMPETITIONS. References to 'we', 'us', or 'our' refer to COMVA COMPETITIONS; and references to 'you' or 'your' are to an entrant to the Competition. By submitting an entry, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. The Competition
The Competition is a prize competition in which the prize will be the vehicle described on the Website as the prize for the Competition. The winner will be selected at random from the Draw Pool using a Google Random Number Generator live on Facebook.
3. How to Enter
Entries may be submitted from the specified Opening Date until the Closing Date. All entries must be received by the Closing Date. Website entries or postal entries are permitted, provided you have created an online account on the Website with accurate details. Postal entries must be sent to: COMVA COMPETITIONS LTD, EWENNY IND EST, BRIDGEND, CF31 3YY.
4. Entry Restrictions
We will not accept entries that are computer-generated, completed by third parties in bulk, forged, or tampered with. Responsibility for lost or technical failures rests with the entrant. Once submitted, an entry cannot be withdrawn. Postal delivery is limited to one entry per postcard.
5. Eligibility
Entrants must be at least 18 years old and residents of the UK or Ireland. Proof of eligibility may be required. Entries on behalf of others or joint submissions are not accepted. Breach of terms or acting contrary to the spirit of the Competition may result in disqualification.
6. The Prize Detail
The prize is the vehicle specified on the Website. Free delivery refers to UK Mainland addresses only. Winners are responsible for logistics outside this area. Prizes are used/classic vehicles and are not provided with a warranty. Winners must arrange their own road tax and insurance.
7. Winners and Notification
Draw results are final. Winners will be contacted directly within 7 days. If a winner cannot be reached within this timeframe, we reserve the right to re-run the draw. Entrants are responsible for ensuring their contact details remain accurate.
8. Claiming the Prize
Winners must respond to notification within 7 days and collect the prize from our premises. Valid photo identification matching the entry details must be produced. Failure to meet these requirements may result in an invalid claim and the selection of a new winner.
9. Data and Publicity
By winning, you authorize COMVA COMPETITIONS to publish your name and county on the Website. You also agree to participate in marketing activities, including photographs and videos featuring you and the prize for publicity purposes across all marketing materials.
10. Liability and Refunds
We will not be liable for loss, damage, or personal injury except where caused by negligence. All entries are final and no refunds will be made unless the competition is cancelled. No refunds will be given if an entrant is found ineligible or disqualified.
